Almond cardamom flan (v)
I’ve always had an antagonistic relationship with sleep, so a classmate who’s an Ayurvedic health coach told me to try drinking a warm cup of milk (could be cow’s but I use almond) with some ground cardamom an hour before bed. It’s supposed to act as a sedative, which it might do but is a good bedtime ritual regardless.
