Brussels sprouts okonomiyaki with tofu and beet sauces (v)
One of our final projects in school was to prepare a 4-course seasonal dinner. When my school was the Natural Gourmet Institute, this would have been a 100-person dinner on a Friday night and all of you would have been invited. As it was, it was just our class and our teacher, but we took time to sit down and made it as beautiful as we could.
