Dough

  • 2 Idaho potatoes

  • 150 grams (1 cup) flour

  • 1 egg

  • salt, to taste

Filling

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, or 1 small

  • 1/2 bunch dill

  • 1/2 bunch scallions

  • 30 grams butter

  • salt and pepper, to taste
