Pancit with mushrooms and carrots (v)
I made this during MOFAD’s Noche Buena night about Filipinx holiday cooking. Jenn de la Vega did the cooking demo of this vegan pancit recipe by Woldy Reyes (to which I then added shiitake mushroom, and made another couple modifications). Follow them both for more good Filipinx recipes!
